  1. When you realize you are capable to re-shape the way your mind has been programmed. You have the key to your happiness.
  2. Since you have so many thoughts a day, imagine what would happen if you would replace them with happy ones. #affirmations
  3. Imagine, going to bed at night with the thought, that everything you are struggling with right now, will have disappeared when you wake up. What would be the first thing you would experience, that makes you know things have changed? 
  4. You carry all answers within.
  1. When you become aware that regulating your parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous system, you will experience balance between joy and stress.
  2. Fight, flight, fawn, or freeze mode can arise when you are being triggered. What is your most common mode?
  3. When triggered, the first thing that you need is to take a Time-Out. After a while, you will be able to think and/or feel again.
  4. Then you will be able to know what your needs are at that moment.
